Legislative Committee - responsible for participating in REBIC meetings, coordinating the state visits to the state legislature (with other North Carolina NAIOP chapters), and monitoring items of special interest for the industry.

Membership Committee - responsible for recruiting and retaining NAIOP members.  

Real Estate Forum - a half day educational event.  The committee is responsible for working with UNCC's School of Real Estate regarding the speakers and topic, coordinate with the CE sponsor for credit with the NC Real Estate Committee, and promotion of the event to the Commercial Real Estate community.

UNCC Liaison/Past President's Council - ongoing communication with the UNCC Real Estate Program, NAIOP Fellow and NAIOP Charlotte Chapter Past Presidents. 

Event Committees - throughout the year, NAIOP Charlotte Chapter hosts a number of events such as:
  State Conferences (2010, 2013)
  Capitol Hill Visit
  Golf Tournament
  Real Estate Forum
  Town Hall Forum
  Lunch with the Leader
