Meet up with fellow DLs to network and take an inside look at Crescent Communities’ mixed-use project, Elizabeth on Seventh, featuring 103,500 SF of office and retail space on the ground level. With an emphasis on wellness and outdoor living, the pedestrian-friendly plan includes a courtyard, first-floor tenant lounge, three outdoor terraces and will incorporate public art throughout the project. The project is Fitwel and WiredScore Platinum certified and will have bike parking and a parking garage with entry points on East 7th Street and North Caswell Road.

The tour will be led by Crescent Communities’ Senior Director of Development, Elizabeth McMillan, and Commercial Marketing Manager, Jennifer Cantor.
