Within development, Tracy is involved more than 15 million square feet of projects in various phases. While on the brokerage side, Tracy works on long range office leasing and business recruitment of companies considering the Charlotte market. She maintains close contact with all owner/landlord clients on reporting, lease negotiations, and market updates. In addition, Ms. Dodson maintains strong relationships with Charlotte and North Carolina’s economic developers, brokers, and City officials to understand a broad range of office relocation/growth opportunities.
