Wrap up the year with NAIOP Charlotte! The Annual Meeting will celebrate another successful year for NAIOP, present the annual award and elect the 2019 slate NAIOP Board. We look forward to spreading the holiday cheer networking, connecting with friends and colleagues. 

Economic development, as we have known it in the past, is evolving.  This newly formed organization has been created by business leaders in the Charlotte region by combining the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce and the Charlotte Regional Partnership. Charlotte Regional Business Alliance will provide the foundation to launch a new economic development effort that is charged with building a bold, vibrant and forward-thinking approach to economic development that benefits all residents of this 16-county region. Learn how leadership expects to expand support in order to drive long-term growth and Charlotte’s competitiveness.

The NAIOP Award of Excellence will be presented to an individual that dutifully gives time and energy to a focused non-profit organization or community cause and humbly serves others in the community without concern for recognition or compensation. He or she champions the commercial real estate industry on a national, state and/or local level and passionately seeks to be an agent for change, even in the face of diversity. This person is seen as a real estate industry ambassador at any level of government or community.
