Celebrate Spring with your fellow DL peers! Take an inside look at Vantage South End, a 635,000 SF trophy mixed-use development located just 2 blocks of Uptown. The project includes two office towers, 55,000 SF of experiential retail, and 18 terraces that will look onto a 1+ acre urban park. Find out what new tenants are moving in and see how construction is going! The tour will be led by Spectrum Properties’ Josh Hauser and Peter Tanneberger. PPE is not required for the tour.

Immediately following the tour, we will head over to the Charlotte Beer Garden for a networking social!
