Hazel SouthPark is a planned 6-story, Class AA luxury mixed-use midrise development in a superior walkable location at the center of the SouthPark submarket of Charlotte. Comprised of 203 thoughtfully designed apartment and ground floor retail space.

The group will tour through the retail, amenities, garage, and select units and focus on the SouthPark luxury submarket and design features & programing that make this project unique. The project is currently under construction. The tour will be led by representatives from CBG, the general contractor. Networking will be held at Reid’s Fine Foods.

  Continue networking over refreshments at Reid’s Fine Foods.

This event is  available only for NAIOP Charlotte Developing Leaders. Registration is $15 until November 1 raising to $20 on November 2.
